Nubra Valley is connected to Leh by road via the Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. The distance from Leh to Nubra Valley is about 120 km and takes around 5-6 hours by car, taxi, or bike. Regular shared taxis and rental bikes are available in Leh for travellers heading to Nubra.

By Rail:

There is no direct rail connectivity to the Nubra Valley. The nearest railway station is Jammu Tawi, located about 700 km from Leh. From Jammu, travellers can take a flight to Leh or travel by road through Srinagar and Kargil before reaching Leh, and then continue the journey by road to Nubra Valley.
